Who we are. Clean Ducts is a trading brand of Gemini AMPM Ltd (part of AMPM Group), the data controller for information collected through this website. Contact us at any office listed below or on 0330 043 0080.
What we collect. When you use the enquiry form we collect only what you give us: your name, your email address or phone number, and the details of your building and enquiry. We don’t ask for anything we don’t need to respond to you.
Why, and the legal basis. We use it to reply to your enquiry, arrange a survey and quote for work — our legitimate interest in responding to a request you have made, and the steps necessary to enter into a contract. Leads generated by Clean Ducts are delivered and invoiced by Gemini AMPM Ltd, so your enquiry is handled within the same group.
Who processes it. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; form submissions are checked for spam (Cloudflare Turnstile) and delivered to us by email (Resend). These providers process the data only to deliver your message to us. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
Cookies. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, so there’s no consent banner to click. The anti-spam check is privacy-preserving and does not profile you.
How long we keep it. We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and to meet our legal and insurance obligations, after which it is deleted.
Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing. Email us and we’ll respond within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
